By accessing or using Ringerz (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our service.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Service. If you are a parent or guardian, you may use the Service on behalf of your child, provided you accept these terms on their behalf. Once a child turns 18, they are no longer monitored and you will not be billed for any services beyond age 18.

4. Registration and Account

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Child's Privacy and Consent

As a parent or guardian, you are responsible for obtaining consent from your child to use the Service and for providing their information as required. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have obtained any necessary consent.

6. Service Description

Ringerz provides online safety monitoring and testing services to help parents protect their children in the digital world. The Service may include testing your child's online interactions for potential risks. For services signed up before the 15th of the month, at least 1 test will be performed in that calendar month. For those services signed up for on the 15th or after, the first test may not take place until the beginning of the following month (i.e. sign up on 6/17 and first test is in the beginning of July).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service responsibly and not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Violating any laws or regulations.

Using the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

Transmitting any harmful or malicious code.

Impersonating any person or entity.

Collecting information from children without appropriate consent.

Interfering with or disrupting the Service's functionality.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may terminate our service with a 30 day notice at anytime. There are no refunds for billed services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ringerz and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicate your acceptance of the updated terms.
